The resource library contains a range of materials that provide examples of foundational documents that have been submitted by existing first responder deflection (FRD) programs from across the United States. These resources include documents that may constitute some core elements of FRD programs, organized by category (Deflection Program Documents, Policies and Procedures, etc.) and easily accessed through the buttons below. Several programs have contributed documents across multiple categories. Resources in the First Responder Deflection Library were submitted by individual deflection programs and are intended to serve as examples. It is strongly recommended that all resources developed for deflection programs are vetted for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
